Detailed Description of Goods and/or Services Sir Vape (Pty) LTD is a business in the electronic cigarette industry that imports and manufactures electronic cigarette products and accessories for resale.
Delivery Policy Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 24 hours on weekdays (Monday to Friday). Delivery and tracking number will be confirmed by email.
Export Restriction The offerings on this website are available to South African clients only, unless authorized by management.
Returns and Refunds Procedure and General Conditions
Warranty and Returns Our goal is your satisfaction. We operate within the constraints of the manufacturer's 3 month warranty. For product usage guidance, issues, or advice, please contact us at help@sirvape.co.za.
Upon Receiving Your Order Inspect your goods promptly upon delivery to ensure correctness and completeness. If any items are damaged or missing, notify Sir Vape within 24 hours. Items opened without prior verification are considered accepted. Returns for any reason must be within 7 days, provided the items are sealed, unused, and in their original condition.
Disposable Vapes / Prefilled Cartridges No warranty is provided. Check functionality on the day of purchase. We offer a 24-hour exchange for dead-on-arrival disposables. No refunds for disposable vapes.
E-Liquids / Concentrates / Nicotine / Bases Returns are not accepted if the product does not meet personal flavor expectations. Opened or used e-liquids cannot be returned.
RTAs / Subohm Tanks / RDAs / RDTAs No warranties unless identifiable manufacturing defects are confirmed by our staff. Contact us within 48 hours of receipt without using the item.
Mods / Hardware
- For mods with external batteries, use a reputable external charger. USB ports are not covered under warranty.
- For built-in battery devices, use the provided cable or a reputable slow charge cable.
- Defective items within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced as per manufacturer guidelines. Warranty void if physical damage is evident.
- Valid proof of purchase required for warranty claims.
- Allow 2 weeks for assessment and repair.
Batteries Non-returnable unless defective upon purchase. Recommend using an external or USB wall charger.
Returns Policy Return items in original packaging with matching batch codes. Contact help@sirvape.co.za for online purchase issues. Shipping fees for returns due to user error are the responsibility of the buyer.
Customer Privacy Policy We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information as defined by the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). PAIA Document.
Payment Options Payments via Visa, MasterCard, Diners, American Express, or bank transfer. Details available on request.
Card Acquiring and Security Transactions are acquired via PayGate (Pty) Ltd, using SSL3 encryption. PayGate Security Policy.
Customer Details and Card Security Customer details are stored separately from card details entered on PayGate's secure site.
Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency The merchant outlet country is South Africa with transactions in South African Rand (ZAR).
Responsibility Sir Vape (Pty) LTD is responsible for all aspects related to transactions including sales, customer service, support, dispute resolution, and delivery.
Product Images Images are illustrative and may vary from the actual product.
Typographical Errors Sir Vape reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders for products listed at the incorrect price. Refunds will be issued where applicable.
Country of Domicile This website is governed by the laws of South Africa. Sir Vape (Pty) LTD chooses its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement.
Use of Site Harassment in any form on the site is forbidden. Impersonation and uploading objectionable content are prohibited.
Indemnification You agree to indemnify Sir Vape and its Service Providers from all losses related to any violation of these terms or your account activities.
